During this class we will create a fantastic Turkish kebabs, marinating the chicken pieces in a spicy yoghurt based marinade, ready to cook on the barbeque or under the grill. We'll whip up some fresh flatbreads, crisp vibrant salads and a super garlic herb sauce to complement our kebabs to perfection!
